I. Preamble
Internet
Relay Chat (IRC) is designed to allow person's of any age, sex or creed to
speak and meet in a forum. IRC offers a fairly secure means of sharing
opinions, and learning of other cultures.
DecayOnline was developed to allow not just teens, but anyone to
come together for a friendly chat with others. Here you can find people from
all six inhabited continents getting together and learning more about each
other and other's way of life. We strive to bring safe and non-discriminatory
services to users all over the planet.
We provide
staff to keep the servers running day in and day out at no cost to you. We work
hard to make sure that you and your computer are safe
while using our network. We mask your IP address as a deterrent to having
someone locate you. We are honored that you use DecayOnline.
